1. Program Description
This messaging program sends event booking confirmations, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, event coordination messages, and customer support communications to customers who have requested a quote or booked services with On The Rocks Cincinnati LLC through our website at https://otrocksbar.com/ or via our booking forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
